Brunswick is about 12.6 square miles in size. It's home to about 35,000 residents and it's the largest community in Medina
County. It's about 25 miles south of downtown Cleveland and on average, it takes about 30 minutes to get downtown. (We're also
about 2 hours north of Columbus.) Cleveland Hopkins International airport is about a 20 minutes drive while Akron airport is
about 60 minutes away. Most area shopping plaza's are just minutes away and there are many scattered all around town and throughout
the Cleveland area. SouthPark Center, the largest mall in the entire Cleveland area (Santa's home away from home) is only about
10 minutes away. As Cleveland and the entire area is a major hub for world class medical care, Brunswick has 3 major medical
facilities in town with dozens of major hospitals and medical centers all within a 45 minute radius. There's also many dozens
of area schools plus major colleges and universities including Akron, Case Western Reserve, Cleveland State University, Cuyahoga
Community College, Kent State University, Baldwin Wallace College and many others including specific technical schools as well - some
in town and all within about a 45 minute radius fron Brunswick!
Brunswick has 20 parks / nature preserves throughout the community. From the Brunswick Lake Nature Preserve to North
Park Lake plus others, it's nature trails, fishing areas, creeks and wildlife make it one of the most well rounded, green oriented
and family friendly cities around.
Ok, so where do I begin? If you're looking for palm trees and great sandy year-round warm beaches, Brunswick's not for you.
And if you're looking for the hustle bustle of a big city combined with hi-rise / penthouse style living, again, Brunswick is probably
not your place to live. But, if the appeal of a great school system, quick and easy accessibility to abundant shopping,
well-built highways that get you quickly and easily around and to downtown Cleveland in about 30 minutes PLUS lots of area parks,
walking / jogging / nature trails, fishing, picnics, lots of area restaurants combined with world class / state-of-the-art amenities
including superb police/fire departments, etc. ; THEN, Brunswick IS for you! Brunswick really is a great and well rounded

Brunswick has many churches and spiritual centers around town. St. Ambrose Catholic Church lead by Father Bob Stec is the largest
catholic church and the newly constructed Grace Baptist Church lead by Pastor Richard Powers will be one of the finest and largest
"State-of-the-Heart" baptist churches around. Rest assured, you'll easily find a great place to worship here and get you closer to
God!
