Did you know that Chef Boyardee (Ettore (or Hector) Boiardi is his real name) actually started his first restaurant in Cleveland's Little Italy in 1926! He then went on to create his famous recipes of spaghetti sauces and pasta products that are now found in most every grocery store in America, here in Cleveland Ohio too! He died in Parma Ohio in 1985 at the ripe old age of 87 but his pasta line is still very much alive and well, selling over $500 million annually! Salute Chef Boiardi!
